Registration for the congress is open, with the early-bird deadline on 10 September 2026.

Ticket types
In-person tickets are available in three categories: Commercial sector; Public Sector; and Community & Voluntary Sector, with an options to also book the Awards dinner and ceremony (TBA). Virtual-only tickets to access the live stream and on-demand recordings are also available.
Community & Voluntary Sector is intended for small charities, community groups, CICs and other organisations whose primary purpose is community benefit and which have limited financial resources. Universities, publicly funded institutions and commercial organisations (including research divisions or charitable arms of commercial organisations) should register at the Public Sector or Commercial rate as appropriate.

Group discounts
Available for three people or more (5%); five people or more (10%) or 10 people or more (15%). Group tickets are only applicable for teams from the same organisation purchasing in the same ticket category; eg virtual tickets cannot be mixed with in-person tickets, and public sector tickets cannot be mixed with commercial tickets.
In-person: Commercial tickets
This rate applies to individuals employed by organisations whose primary purpose is commercial activity or private enterprise, regardless of whether they undertake research, innovation or consultancy. This rate also applies to commercial organisations with charitable, non-profit or research divisions, where attendees are employed by or attending on behalf of the commercial organisation; and private sector organisations undertaking publicly funded or collaborative research.

This rate is available to individuals employed by publicly funded organisations whose primary purpose is to deliver public services, education, research or public administration. Eligible organisations include: NHS organisations and health services; Local, regional and national government departments and agencies; Universities and higher education institutions (including exempt charities); Public research institutes; Publicly funded arms-length bodies and agencies; Police, fire and rescue, and emergency services.
