360 Degree Society

360 Degree Society is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in integrated neighbourhood health, placemaking, regeneration, and social value. We work with NHS organisations, local authorities, developers, universities, businesses, and community partners to design and deliver healthier, more inclusive and economically vibrant places.

Our approach combines over 40 years of practical experience in community-led regeneration and integrated health innovation with a strong focus on partnership, entrepreneurship, and learning by doing. We help organisations connect health, housing, education, culture, enterprise, and the wider determinants of wellbeing to create sustainable long-term change.

Our work includes nationally recognised projects and partnerships linked to neighbourhood health, integrated care, social prescribing, regeneration, and community development, including the Bromley by Bow Centre, St Paul’s Way Transformation Project, The Well North Programme, and current neighbourhood health initiatives in Yorkshire, London and Surrey.
